Michael Rose
NCC, TCADC Counselor
Michael began working at The Morton Center as a student intern while studying for an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regent University. After graduating and completing his internship he was hired as a Counselor and has been employed in the position since 2019. Michael also has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Northern Arizona University, and enjoyed an earlier career in Marketing and Advertising. Of his career change he said, “I enjoyed my previous career tremendously, but I ultimately wanted to help people. Now I can’t imagine a more rewarding career knowing that I do my best every day to help people achieve and live the happy and purposeful lives that we all deserve.”
Michael has a Shih Tzu that he adores named Whitman. In his free time he enjoys reading, writing, and being outside hiking, camping, and spending time in his garden.
